PAYMENT PLANS

* Payment Plan options:

An initial deposit of $1000 is required

Make payments over 12 months from the day of puppy pickup.
- You can make payments ahead of time or pay a puppy off early.
- Payment is remaining balance divided by 12
- You can place more down on the puppy at time of pickup.
- Payment Plans are only for the price of the puppy not any additional add ons.
Two forms of ID required as well as DOB
- ID: Drivers License, two forms of proof of address, School ID (we prefer no Passport but they are accepted).
Payments Due
- If for any reason you decided to re-home the puppy in any way, you are still responsible for paying the remaining balance of the puppy.
- Payments are due between the 1st-5th of each month. If you pick up your puppy within 10 days of this timeframe your first payment will be due the following month. If not your payment is due the 1st-5th following the pickup.
  - $50 penalty due on next payment if it goes beyond the 5th
  - $100 penalty due on next payment if it goes beyond the 10th
  - $150 penalty due on next payment if it goes beyond the 15th

Puppy Return Policy

Acquiring a cavoodle from Premium Cav’s should be a thoughtful and responsible choice, considering the lifelong commitment that comes with welcoming a new furry family member into your home. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to a change of heart after the initial purchase.

We invest a great deal of resources and care into ensuring that our puppies receive the best possible start in life. We hope that every customer is fully prepared to provide the necessary love and attention that a young cavoodle pup requires.

Although we don’t offer loaned puppies, we empathize with our customers and understand that situations can change. If, within 48 hours of purchasing your Puppy, you find yourself unable to continue with the commitment, we offer a customer-friendly return policy. We aim to accommodate your needs.

You have the option to exchange your Cavoodle for another puppy of your choice, one time only, provided it is within the same price range as the original puppy you’re returning. Alternatively, we may offer a partial refund of the purchase price, taking into consideration the specific circumstances. Please rest assured that we are committed to explaining the details of any refund clearly and transparently to our valued customers and note in some cases you get a full refund.

Our primary concern is the well-being of our puppies and ensuring they find loving forever homes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it ultimately contributes to the happiness and welfare of our precious Cav’s.
